Mixed Bag

I’m just going to make a general review for my recent order of 5 different beanies. When I ordered the Ultra Soft Slouchy Beanie, Silky Soft Slouchy Beanie and Ultra Soft Boho Slouchy Beanie for my mother, who is going through chemo, I did not notice in your item description that the beanies are open at the top. However, I honestly didn’t know that is a feature to pay close attention to. My mom is just 1.5 months into her chemo treatment so we are still learning her preferences. She does NOT like the open ended beanies so unfortunately I had to put those three beanies to the side. I wanted to buy her a few pretty beanies but I guess that backfired. Perhaps you could make it a bit more prominent on your website that these particular beanies do not have an enclosed top. Although even if it was more prominent, I might have still bought the beanie not knowing it was an issue or would be an issue for my mom. Just providing some honest feedback. My mom LOVES the other beanies I bought from Warrior Sisters. Thank you, Nicole

The open-ended styles are noted in the product description and are intentionally designed this way to create the slouchy look and add breathability. They naturally stay closed when worn, but we understand they’re not the right fit for everyone.
