comfortable to wear during chemo

Ice gloves and socks are in good qualify and package arrive just in time. I started Chemo and used them once, all good and comfortable.
My feedback to improve:
1) give detailed instructions how to chill them and to what temperature, Per Mayo Clinic and ChatGPT, it is suggested to freeze to -3 C and safe time is 30 min. as end users we wish you to give guidance instead we do research ourselves.
2) It will be better to label 1, 2, 3 for the corresponding of the ice gel with same number system, this will speed up use to replace during chemo

I ordered these for my 24 hour IV chemo treatment and IP/infusions. It was a challenge to keep the ice packs frozen and to refreeze them over such a long session even when using dry ice. They worked great for the shorter treatments though! Great quality, great customer service too! They were very helpful with expedited shipping to ensure I received them in time for my 1st treatment. I highly recommend these products!

Great people, great products!

Extremely well made products. Mittens and socks very well made. Cold packs stayed cold longer than expected and when it was time to install or swap cold packs, it was very easy to do. Customer service was excellent and easy to contact to request change in shipping option after order was placed. Overall great company with excellent products and customer care!
